> Three Turkish-owned cargo ships departing Ukraine were hit by suspected Russian drones in EU waters. The Togo-flagged Alfa Watan sank off Bulgaria on Tuesday, with 10 Egyptian and Syrian crew members missing. Ukraine has also been striking Russian tankers in the Black Sea, with no sign of a return to a UN-brokered deal allowing oil, grain and fertilizer ships to pass.
