SocietyJudge orders evidence from botched execution to be preserved

A Tennessee judge has ordered officials to preserve all evidence related to Christa Pike’s failed execution, including IV lines, syringes and discarded packaging. The judge also urged the state to take special care not to lose or accidentally delete information relevant to the case.
