> Federal authorities say 30-year-old James Cody Bryant of Bellingham, Washington, conspired with an 18-year-old to carry out a mass shooting at a Canadian school in February. The U.S. attorney’s office in Seattle said Bryant had communicated with the shooter for six months beforehand.
