HealthCancer rates rising faster among younger people, international study finds

A major international study has found sharp increases in several types of cancer among younger people in England, the US and the Netherlands. Prostate cancer diagnoses among people under 50 in England have quadrupled since 2001. Researchers are unsure of the precise cause, but point to rising obesity, poor diets and insufficient exercise as possible broad factors.
