> US officials are reportedly planning to send a third aircraft carrier strike group to the Middle East. The USS Theodore Roosevelt could join the USS George H.W. Bush and USS George Washington by the end of November, bringing thousands more troops and firepower. The move could signal an escalation in the war or serve as leverage for peace negotiations.
