New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James are scheduled to give an update Friday on the investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a Cornell University student in 2024. Prosecutors reopened allegations that the woman was gang-raped at the Chi Phi fraternity house; the seven accused male students were not charged.
