> About 350 schools across France have been closed or blocked as lycée students protest 8am-to-6pm days, overcrowded and overheated classrooms, and a lack of teachers. The interior ministry says the movement is spreading and has condemned violence at some sites, while Paris pupils say their protest is peaceful.
