EconomySurprise inflation jump across euro zone puts pressure on ECB

Inflation rose much faster than expected this month in some of the euro zone’s largest economies, driven by an energy-price shock linked to the Iran war. The increase is adding pressure on the European Central Bank to raise interest rates again.
