> A collision in the parking lot of Tsawwassen Mills Mall in Delta, B.C., killed two people and injured two others. Authorities said the victims were First Nations elders and that the crash was unrelated to a Truth and Reconciliation Day walk taking place on Tsawwassen First Nation lands. Canada marked the sixth annual observance honoring survivors of residential schools.
