SocietyTwo killed after vehicle strikes crowd at B.C. mall

Two pedestrians died after a vehicle hit four people in the parking lot of Tsawwassen Mills mall in Delta, B.C., on Wednesday morning. Police said the driver may have suffered a medical emergency. The crash was unrelated to a Truth and Reconciliation walk on Tsawwassen First Nation lands, but led organizers to cancel it.
