TechSingapore targets 2028 for first humanoid robot to work alongside Home Team officers

Singapore aims to deploy its first humanoid robot alongside Home Team officers in real operations by 2028. The machines could investigate blast scenes and handle hazardous materials, helping protect officers and leave them free for tasks requiring human judgment. More than 20 robots are being trained and tested for public safety at a new centre.
