WorldRubio says RAF Fairford incident involved a 'foreign actor'

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the incident at RAF Fairford clearly involved a foreign actor. Five men arrested near the US-used base on suspicion of terror offences were released on bail on Monday. The US Air Force says it remains vigilant after the incident.
