> The FBI has placed alleged Bishnoi gang lieutenant Goldy Brar on its Top 10 most-wanted list and offered a US$1 million reward for information leading to his arrest. Former B.C. solicitor general Kash Heed explains why capturing Brar, who is accused of ordering the killing of Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, could matter to investigations of the gang’s activities in Canada.
