A New York prosecutor has reopened an investigation into alleged gang rape at a Cornell University fraternity after a woman filed a lawsuit. She says seven students sexually assaulted her in 2024 after giving her alcohol and drugs; her attorney, Thomas Giuffra, says Cornell held at least 12 internal hearings.
