ScienceSpaceX’s Starship reaches orbit for first time despite engine failure

SpaceX launched its Starship from the Starbase facility in Texas on the morning of 28 September. The 14th test flight was the spacecraft’s first attempt to circle Earth before returning, despite an engine failure.
