World1 dead after powerful nor’easter drenches East Coast

A powerful nor’easter brought heavy rain, strong winds and flooding to the northeastern U.S. coast, killing one person and leaving tens of thousands of homes without power. Atlantic Canada is expecting rainfall over the next few days.
