WorldInternet restricted after fighting breaks out in Ethiopia’s Tigray region

Internet and phone services have been disrupted in Tigray after fighting erupted this week between regional forces and Ethiopia’s national army. Reuters sources say the Tigray People’s Liberation Front ordered the blackout, possibly to interfere with government drones. The TPLF has not commented.
