HealthWhistleblower says Driscoll’s sent millions of berries with excessive chemical levels to Canada

A California whistleblower lawsuit claims that, from 2022 to 2024, millions of trays of fruit with pesticide and chemical levels that failed to meet requirements crossed into Canada. It also alleges that Driscoll’s tried to conceal the matter.
