OtherNor’easter strengthens as it targets Atlantic shores

An early-fall nor’easter is intensifying off the central East Coast after sending heavy surf into beaches across several states. It could bring coastal flooding, wind and rain to parts of the Northeast through the weekend as it moves north and strengthens over the next two days.
