> At the UN General Assembly on Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for de-escalation in the war with Russia and urged leaders to keep squeezing Moscow’s revenues and obstructing its war effort. He said Ukrainians were ready for a “very harsh winter” and would make continued Russian attacks painful for Moscow.
