TechTrump tells UN the US will not curb superintelligence development and will stay ahead of China

Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly on September 22, President Donald Trump said the artificial-intelligence race had entered a “superintelligence” phase in which the winner prevails. He said the US is far ahead of China and other countries, will maintain that lead and will not restrain superintelligence development, while monitoring related risks.
