SocietyBC AG to provide update on legal action against OpenAI after Tumbler Ridge tragedy

British Columbia Attorney General Niki Sharma is set to brief media Monday on legal action tied to the Tumbler Ridge tragedy. Sharma previously said the province had retained legal counsel to pursue action against OpenAI after reports that the company failed to alert law enforcement to threats posted on its platform following the Feb. 10 mass shooting.
