CNN, MS NOW and Politico, the three national news outlets barred by President Donald Trump from the White House, are bringing a First Amendment lawsuit seeking to regain access. Their emergency request will go before a federal judge in the District of Columbia, with hearings and administration arguments possible as soon as this week.
