A technical problem affecting air traffic control is disrupting flights in Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England. National Air Traffic Services says engineers are working on the issue at the Prestwick Centre. Airports south of Manchester are broadly unaffected, but northbound flights and departures from Scottish airports are facing delays.
