Early Sunday, Ukraine carried out one of its largest attacks on Russia since the war began, now in its fourth year. The strikes targeted oil refineries in Moscow, while President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said long-range drones hit a major oil and logistics facility in the capital worth billions of dollars to Russia’s war effort. An apartment block in the Moscow region was also hit, killing at least one person.
