PoliticsAnand, not Carney, to address UN General Assembly for second year in a row

Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand will deliver Canada’s address to the United Nations General Assembly. It is the second consecutive year that Prime Minister Mark Carney will not address the Assembly, with a scheduling conflict preventing him from doing so.
