CultureEd Sheeran admits ‘mistakes’ at first show since Macklemore controversy

Ed Sheeran apologised to fans for “mistakes” as he opened his first concert in Philadelphia since Macklemore was removed from his tour over pro-Palestinian remarks. Sheeran said the controversy had drawn him into a passionate debate about free speech and a complex political issue, while all support acts have quit the tour.
