Society6 injured after vehicle strikes pedestrians at Quebec festival

Six people were hurt when a vehicle struck pedestrians early Saturday at the Festival Western de Saint-Tite in Quebec. Police later found the vehicle in the Quebec City region and arrested a man in his 20s.
