Singapore is considering Canada as a potential energy source as it prepares for further fuel disruptions from the Middle East. The two countries are also deepening cooperation on supply-chain resilience and artificial intelligence, with some agreements possibly ready for signing within the next few months, Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said after his official visit to Ottawa.
