WorldLIVE: Russia votes in parliamentary election

Russians have begun voting in a three-day parliamentary election that President Vladimir Putin has presented as a measure of support for the war in Ukraine. It is the first parliamentary election since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
