WorldPolice fire warning shots as thousands of migrants moved to new Ceuta facility

Thousands of migrants are being transferred to a new temporary reception facility in Ceuta, with police firing warning shots into the air. It is the fifth temporary site created to handle a crisis that began in late July, when more than 70,000 people crossed from Morocco into Ceuta.
