PoliticsHarris says EU-Canada relationship is 'not hostile to anybody'

Irish Finance Minister Simon Harris says the details of a new associate membership with Canada have yet to be determined. He calls it good news that the EU has signalled its intention to build a much closer relationship with Ottawa.
