Houthi leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi says his forces are acting defensively in the latest escalation in Yemen and blames Saudi Arabia for starting it. He says Houthi fighters are targeting Saudi military sites and oil infrastructure under what he calls Islamic and ethical principles, while accusing Saudi-led forces of indiscriminate attacks during the conflict of more than a decade.
