SocietyInter-agency task force proposes fee caps for all disability services

An inter-agency task force has recommended fee caps, higher means-tested subsidy thresholds and more activity-centre places to make disability support more affordable. Most families could see service fees fall, with some reductions reaching 80%, while the monthly per-capita household-income threshold would rise from S$4,800 to about S$6,000.
