TechDatabricks to invest more than US$350m, double workforce in Singapore over next three years

US-based AI and data company Databricks plans to invest more than US$350 million in Singapore over the next three years. It will expand its headquarters to 32,000 sq ft by the end of this year, double its local workforce to more than 500, and work with higher-education institutes to train 20,000 people in data and AI skills.
