Singapore GasCo CEO Alan Heng says the country wants a more diversified and flexible gas supply portfolio to withstand future disruptions. He suggests LNG contracts should permit cargoes to be diverted to neighbouring ASEAN countries without extra charges when necessary, and calls for stronger regional cooperation as the bloc becomes a net gas importer.
