The Los Angeles County district attorney says prosecutors will not seek the death penalty against Nick Reiner. If convicted, he could receive life in prison without parole. Reiner, 33, is accused of fatally stabbing his parents, director Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner, at their home in December.
