Singapore Coordinating Minister for Public Services and Defence Minister Chan Chun Sing discussed his expectations for the Xiangshan Forum and his observations on Singapore-China military exchanges. He said the world faces a dilemma in which one side’s security is seen as the other’s insecurity, and that only deep trust can overcome it.
