PoliticsFrance submits new proposal to ban social media for under-15s after failed attempt

France has put forward a new proposal to ban social media use by people under 15. The Constitutional Council rejected the previous legislation in mid-August, ruling that part of it unnecessarily infringed on the freedom of expression of those affected.
