Rep. Tom Tiffany was treated and released from a Wisconsin hospital after the plane carrying him made an emergency landing in Lake Wausau on Saturday night. Tiffany said the aircraft lost power while approaching Wausau Downtown Airport, prompting the pilot to land on the lake.
