> Yemen’s conflict escalated on Sunday as government forces attacked Iran-backed Houthi rebels along the Red Sea, while the Houthis fired into neighboring Saudi Arabia, a supporter of Yemen’s government. The government pledged to send more troops to the coast after the Houthis captured Mokha and an island in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait last week.
