Sweden’s election is the closest in its history, with the outcome depending on late-arriving and overseas ballots to be counted in the coming days. With 94% of votes counted, opposition parties led by Social Democrat Magdalena Andersson held 176 seats against 173 for the ruling bloc led by Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson. Officials are due to count delayed ballots on Wednesday.
