Prime Minister Lawrence Wong warned on Saturday that economic challenges can deepen social and racial divisions, and said Singapore is not immune. He cited racist comments that recently appeared online during discussions about investments in India. Wong was speaking at the Singapore Kadayanallur Muslim League’s 85th anniversary dinner.
