WorldSpecial Tribunal to prosecute Putin and other Russian leaders for Ukraine invasion

Plans for a Special Tribunal on the crime of aggression against Ukraine are nearing completion. The court, expected to be created within the Council of Europe framework, could bring Russian President Vladimir Putin and other senior military and political figures before an international tribunal. The proceedings would determine who might be tried and for which offenses.
