TechOpenAI Considers Slowing AI Development

Bloomberg has learned that OpenAI is considering slowing development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Oil prices eased after the International Energy Agency warned of a worsening outlook for consumption this year, giving US stocks and Treasuries some respite as traders await the August US inflation report ahead of the Federal Reserve’s decision next week.
