> Demonstrators in Seoul are urging Lee Jae Myung’s government to reject a US request for South Korean military deployment to the Strait of Hormuz, warning that participation would mean joining a “war of aggression.” Polls show 55% oppose sending troops and 30% support it. Tehran warns a Korean military role would have serious consequences.
