SocietyEducation Minister Desmond Lee announces changes to P1 registration in 2027

Singapore Education Minister Desmond Lee said reserved places in Phase 2C of the 2027 Primary One registration exercise will rise from 40 to 60 at some schools. A new two-track scheme will also be introduced at 12 schools in neighbourhoods with a significantly below-average share of public housing, with one track allocated to applicants living within two kilometres of the school.
