Singapore is working with tripartite partners on the details of enhanced childcare leave. Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Indranee Rajah said legislative changes are needed and employers require more time to handle the operational impact. The government will reimburse employers for the full duration of child-related leave, subject to a cap.
