SocietyGuy Turcotte to appear before parole board, seeking supervised outings from prison

Former cardiologist Guy Turcotte, convicted of murdering his two children in 2009, is scheduled to appear before Canada’s parole board on Sept. 22 to seek escorted absences from prison. He was sentenced in 2015 to life in prison without parole for 17 years.
