WorldOil hits $100 as US-Iran conflict threatens Gulf energy supplies

Global oil prices have reached $100 a barrel as direct US-Iran military confrontation intensifies across the region. The US military says it destroyed five Iranian oil tankers in the Gulf after missile attacks on US vessels. Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned Iran could lose more tankers after each attempted attack on American ships.
